111. Chilli Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken- 4-5 pounds (one box of 12 legs/thighs), ginger paste 2 tbsp, garlic paste 2 tbsp, tomato paste 2 tbsp,
For marinating- Red chilli powder 2 tea spoon, black pepper powder one and half tea spoon, soya sauce 4 tbsp, vinegar 3 tbsp, salt to taste, all purpose flour, capsicum, green chillies, 2 medium onions
 (Fry onions first then add chicken on low fire). Chicken is sautéed on low flame for 30-35 minutes.
112. Masala Chicken
Ingredients: 4-5 lbs chicken boned, Salt to taste, Lemon 2-3 tbsp, curds around 3 tbsp, garlic one and half tbsp, ginger one and half tbsp, red chilli powder one and half tbsp, jeera powder one to one and half table spoon, coriander powder one to one and half table spoon, nutmeg powder one to one and half tbsp, heeng half tea spoon, ground cinnamon powder one and one and half tea spoon, white pepper powder on teaspoon.  

113. Chilli Chicken Kabab-
Ingredients: Chicken 3.32 bone less (washed so there is some water in it), salt to taste, green chillies 14 small, curds 2 table spoon, vinegar brown 2 tbsp, soya sauce 2 tbspoon, turmeric one or two pinches, ginger paste 2 tbsp, garlic 2 tbsp.

114. Mary Jane Chicken
Ingredients: 2-3 pounds chicken, curds 2 to 2.5 tbsp, ginger 1 to 1.5 table sp, tandoori masala 1.5 tbsp, chilli powder 1.5 tbsp, black pepper 1 table spoon, garlic powder 1.5 table spoon, normal salt to taste, oregano taste, meat masala 1.5 table spoon, lemon juice 2 table spoon.

115. Super Chicken
Ingredients- chicken 4-5 pounds (one packet of big breast boned), Salt to taste, garlic powder 2 tea spoon, white pepper powder 2 tea spoon, tandori masala one tea spoon, coriander powder 2 tea spoon, garam masala 2 tea spoon, oregano as per taste, chilli powder one table spoon, lemon , curd 3 table spoon, garlic 2 table spoon, ginger one table spoon, cheese as per taste Cajun seasoning as per taste.

116.  Chicken Rogan Josh

Ingredients- Chicken 4 pounds (4.77 lb bone), Onions one large/ one medium or 2 small, one long cinnamon stick, 2 tea spoons saunf, 2 tea spoon jeera, 8 medium dry red chilly, 5 cloves,  4 tea spoon ginger paste, 2 pinches saffron, salt to taste, curd desi 2 cups, bay leaves 4.

110. Fried Rice, Peas/mutter pulao and rice with onions-

·  Take one big spoon of sun flower oil in a pan. Put one tea spoon cumin seeds/jeera, one big cardamom skin, two small cardamom skin, one small piece of cinnamon, one bay leaf, 3-4 cloves, 5-6 pepper pods.

·        Then put finely cut a big onion in long shape. When it turns in brown color then adds peas or vegetables (beans, peas, carrot, cauliflower and capsicum etc). Fry this for 5-6 minutes. Add one tea spoon of salt, half tea spoon of chilli powder and half spoon of garam masala.
·        Then put washed rice and fry them for 3-5 minutes and add two cup of water for one cup of rice.

·   In pressure cooker one whistle is enough and in rice electric cooker it automatically comes to cook from warm.

·        Remember: For fried rice not to put any whole garam masala, directly put vegetables and salt. Stir them for some time. Once it is cooked or becomes soft then adds already cooked rice.


109. Rice in pressure cooker

109. Rice in pressure cooker-

·        Place net or sieve first on the bottom of pressure cooker. Put one glass of water in cooker.
·        Take one bowl and put one cup of rice and wash it 2-3 times.
·        Add two cup of water to rice in bowl.
·        Place bowl in pressure cooker and if u want add some salt according to the taste.
·     Close the lid with gasket and place the whistle. (Must check the whistle attachment to see that there should not be any thing stuck there.)
·        After one or two whistles, switch off the gas. Rice should be cooked on high flame.

·        IN ELECTRIC COOKER- Same way but there is no whistle and once rice is cooked it automatically comes from cook to warm signal. 

108. Chicken Curry 109. Egg Curry 110.Boiled Eggs

108. Chicken Curry-

·        Clean chicken about one kg.
·       Add one to two cup curd to the chicken. Add salt, turmeric half tea spoon, one full tea spoon chilli powder, one table spoon of ginger-garlic paste and one and half tea spoon of coriander powder.
·        Keep this marinated chicken for 4-5 hours.
·        Heat very little oil (hardly half table spoon)
·    Add one small piece of cinnamon, one black cardamom and two-three small cardamoms (but take out seed only skin), 3-4 cloves, 4-5 pepper and one bay leaf.
·        After this immediately add marinated chicken.
·        Roast this on medium flame and occasionally keep stirring it till oil comes out from the chicken (it will take about 20-30 minutes).
·        Add at least one glass of water.
·        Boil for five minutes.

·        Add fresh coriander leaves finely chopped and half tea spoon of garam masala. (it should not be cooked in pressure cooker.) 

109. Egg Curry-

               It is same as fish curry. Only no marinating, but boil the eggs. In

               this curry don’t put tamrind juice and jaggery.

110.Boiled Eggs-

         Put eggs in a bowl submerge in water completely and boil them for
        5-10 minutes. U will see a small crack on the egg. 

107. Gobhi Manchurian

107.    Gobhi Manchurian-

·        Cut Cauliflower into big pieces.
·        Take water in a huge vessel and boil it.
·        While it’s boiling add cauliflower pieces too.
·        Add little salt about half tea spoon for medium size cauliflower and one fourth spoon of turmeric powder.
·        Keeps this vessel containing cauliflower on gas for a minute or so.
·        Sieve out the water from the vessel.
·        Take another vessel and put the cauliflower pieces in it. Add one tablespoon of besan, one tablespoon of maida and one teaspoon of cornflour. (it is used for baking purpose not makki ka ataa.)
·        Add half tea spoon of salt and a pinch of baking soda, black pepper powder.
·        Mix well and important is: Don’t add any water.
·        Take frying pan, put oil. Heat it and fry marinated gobhi pieces.
·        Take another vessel, keep it on stove, put about half table spoon oil and add finely cut big onion, two-three finely chopped green chillies, a small piece of finely chopped ginger and 10-15 flakes of garlic finely chopped.
·        When the onions turn brown, add one tablespoon of soya sauce one table spoon of brown vinegar and one table spoon of tamarind juice and one fourth cup of water.
·        Take little water separately and mix one teaspoon of corn flour. Add this too. This is the gravy.
·        After it starts boiling add fried gobhi pieces and mix them well. If u wants, u can add tomato sauce and garnish this with coriander leaves finely chopped.


106 . Boiled Vegetables

106 .    Boiled Vegetables-


This is just like rice. Only put very little water in bowl with vegetables and then keep this bowl in pressure cooker. Remember to put mash plate (jali) on bottom of cooker and one glass of water then put this bowl. Wait till one whistle. In electric cooker, procedure is same. Automatically when the vegetables are ready it will come to warm. There is no need to add water in vegetables. Vegetables will be ready in steam.

105. Sea Food Soup

105.    Sea Food Soup-

·        Take spring onions (3-4). Cut onions and leaf separately. Then wash them.
·        Take very little oil in a pan, put onions, 3-4 mushrooms (But washed them and cut) in the oil.
·        Take flat beans, cut them and wash also. Add them.
·        Take boneless fish, wash, cut and add this too.
·        Take prawns, wash, cut and add them too.
·        After 2-3 minutes of stirring add one glass of water. Let it boil for five minutes then put salt and white pepper powder.
·        Optional: Take prawns with skin. Wash them and boil separately. Once color changes add them to finished soup.


104. Curd Setting

104.    Curd Setting-


·        Take Luke warm milk about one glass.
·        Take one tea spoon of curd
·        Mix well both of them.

·        Cover and keep for 5-6 hours.

102 . Egg Bhurji 103 . Bread Anda Mix

102 .    Egg Bhurji-

·        Take two eggs. Then take little oil in pan. Put cut finely chopped onions about a half cup. Fry them.
·        When onions are brownish, put one big tomato and cook it until it gets soften. Now if you want u can add boiled cut potato too if u like.
·        Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala and green chilli (if u like green chillies)
·        Then add already beaten eggs and stir quickly all this. It will be ready within 3-5 minutes. Add green coriander leaves if u wants.

 103 .    Bread Anda Mix-

          The procedure is like bhurji. Once bhurji is ready add pieces of     bread and sauce. Then mix it well.
