117. Mehran Fish Masala Fish
Ingredients: One big onion, 2 packets of tilapia filets (2x160z=320z), One packet of mehran fish masala, 1.5 table spoon of garlic paste, 3 table spoon yogurt.
Method: Chop onion and make the paste. Then mix garlic paste, yogurt and mehran fish masala. Apply this mixture on filets and bake it both sides.
118. Prawn Masala
Ingredients: Prawns 2 pounds, Cinnamon one long, Elaichi 2 small and 2 big, pepper 16, bay leaf 7, cloves 6, ginger paste 2 table spoon, garlic paste 2 table spoon, onion one big, salt to taste, turmeric 2 pinches, chilli powder 2 tea spoon, coriander powder 1.5 table spoon, garam masala- sprinkle.
Method- Heat the oil. Add elaichi, pepper, bay leaf and cloves. Then add chopped onion when it becomes light red then add ginger and garlic paste. Fry it some time. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder. Fry some time then add prawns. Mix it and fry for some time. Add enough water and boil for as long as it is cooked.
