22. Mayonnaise and 23. Pasta with white sauce-

22. Mayonnaise
Ingredients-One lime, 1 ¼ cup oil, One cup cream, Pepper powder, Mustard powder or for variation any herb, One cube Amul cheese, Sugar ½ tea spoon, Fun food mayonnaise classic (but this should be add while making sandwiches)
Method- Except oil adds all the ingredients in bowl and beat them. Then, open the centre cover and pour the oil slowly and keep beating them. As it is becoming thicker, stop beating and take out and whip it. Put it in jar.

Option 2- Instead of cream, 2 eggs can be used. To remove the smell of eggs you must use one or two table spoon cream.

( This mayonnaise is used for making sand witches)

23. Pasta with white sauce-
White sauce
Ingredients- Butter, maida, milk and cheese.
Method- Put the butter in the pan. Mix the maida and milk in the butter. When it boils then adds the cheese. At last add thyme, oregano and a pinch of nutmeg powder.
Base for pasta
Ingredients - Onion, garlic, baby corn, mushroom, spinach, salt, pepper, sugar, chilli, thyme and oregano.
Method- First chops spinach finely and slices the mushrooms. Slice baby corn in quarters. Chop onions finely. Sauté onion, garlic and baby corn in the pan. Add mushrooms and spinach. Add salt, pepper, sugar, chilli, thyme and oregano. Mix white sauce (half quantity) and pasta.
